This was built 3 years ago and was done very well. The osb under the drywall inside of a Derksen building makes it really easy to move. The electrical and plumbing was all done to building code. The spray foam insulation makes this very easy to heat and cool. It was previously heated with an electric fireplace and cooled with a window unit.

Sewer is 3” and water is 3/4” lines. The on demand water heater is a year and a half old, electric. The place has 220v running a 50AMP box installed on the outside rear wall.

Exterior is in great shape with a metal roof. There are 2 exterior lights, one is 110v and the other hooked to solar panel.
