MUST SELL ASAP. Reluctantly selling this unfinished tiny house project because I'm moving out of state and unable to finish it or take it with me. It's a solid shell that is a work in progress.

Built on 2012 cargo trailer frame - Clean Florida trailer title
Trailer 24' long, 20 ft. box (originally 3180 lb. tare, current gross weight unknown)
Hauls well and is ready to roll - new tires last year (takes a 2 5/16” ball)
